I didn't follow a recipe I just mixed together ingredients, didn't measure. I do that sometimes. It just went in the oven

I KNOW there is mashed banana in my freezer, but there is absolutely no way I'm baking in this heat! However, I also have sliced banana in the freezer and may bestir myself to make banana nice cream. Or not. It all depends on how soon I manage to peel myself off the couch.
