It looks like Israelies like dairy stuff. I see a lot of the special gift pastries are milchig. Is it practical to send it the erev Shabbos before a wedding

Rabbi Dershowitz from Ramat Eshkol gives a hechsher, here's the website with a list of businesses that are certified, there are plenty of cakes/cookies.
