OP do you mean a chocolate cake? In American English a brownie is one thing, and a chocolate cake is something else. A brownie is much thicker and flatter than a cake, the good ones are fudgy and gooey and are not usually frosted, but sometimes they have a fudgy icing. Please clarify so we can respond accordingly Smile
