I have epson 3620. Just got from someone giving away. I tried to replace the in cartridges still nothing. I cleaned the nozzles and printer test page. Still blank. Any hope or should I toss it?

Did you replace it with the authentic cartridge , or with something from Amazon that says it works for that printer? I once got a cartridge for my HP off a third party on Amazon and it didn’t work. When I bought the right one from staples , it did.
I don’t know if that’s your problem.

So I replaced it with Amazon ones. And it recognizes them but won’t print.
Actually now I replaced them all and it prints everything except black

Your black nozzle is clogged, very common on Epsons and almost impossible to unclog. Google it.
