What’s the best toothpaste for a 4 year old that hasn’t mastered spitting out yet

I use fluoride-free with a hechsher if a kid can't spit out. My kids like the Tom's of Maine.

My pediatrician says there’s nothing wrong with swallowing a little bit of fluoride.
