Corn salad?

anybody have a really good easy corn salad recipe?

(I know I saw one here once but I don't seem to be able to find it now... so if somebody knows where that is, that would be great.)

try:

1. Corn
Hearts of Palm
cherry or grape tomatoes
scallions
mayo
little lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

2. Corn
Pickles diced
green, red peppers diced
mayo
salt and pepper to taste

Diced onions, pickles and red pepper. Mayonnaise for dressing.

-2 cans shoepeg corn (any corn works)
-2 stalks celery
-1 red pepper
-1 yellow pepper (or yellow--or you can substitue red and green since cheaper)
-1 green pepper
-1/2 red onion
-1 pkg frozen peas

Dice celery, peppers, and onion...put everything together in a bowl...then make the dressing--1/2 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup oil--and pour it on...add the peas as close to the meal as possible so they dont get soggy.

This tastes better as it sits in the dressing, and is very very good! Enjoy. :-)

Corn Salads:

1

2 cans of Sweet baby corn
2 red peppers
8 small Gerkins pickles

Black Pepper
salt
Oil
1 squeezed lemon

2

2 cans of sweet corn nibblets
2 red sweet wonder peppers (in jar)
1 cucumber
dill
1 can of Israel pickles (in brine)

Oil
Salt
Mustard
1 squeezed lemon
Black pepper

I can make a couple of good ones, but DH doesn't think they're Shabboosdike....

head of ice berg lettuce
can of corn, any kind

mix together with oil and vinegar or lemon.

2 sour pickles, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp lemon juice

I make that ^ recipe - but with 2 cans of corn and 1/2 onion - otherwise I find it is pickle and onion salad and not corn salad. I never tried pepper: I'll try it today.

corn mayo and red pepper, green or yellow is fine diced and it taste great
