Does anyone have the sweet potato n potato roll recipe from the pesach balabusta choice/ pupa cookbook?

The potato kugel roll up recipe is, 4 potatoes, 4 eggs, salt- bake on cookie sheet. Sautee onions, spread out on the kugel and roll up.
