If you dont wear foundation?
Do you still use face wash on the days when you have nothing on your face?
Just water?

I never use foundation and I double cleanse my face every night. There are all sorts of pollutants/oils/sweat that accumulate during the course of the day.

At night, I use a cleanser or double cleanse if I was wearing makeup that day. In the morning, I just use water with vitamin c serum and moisturizer. Oh and sunscreen.

I can go a day or two without washing my face (and even longer without showering) but that’s usually when I’m depressed

I alwsys thought that too much washing dries out the skin.
Or is it only if its hot water?

I shower every single day with body wash but only wash my face a few times a week. Only use soap once a week.

I am almost 40 and my skin is glowing bh, ppl always comment how I don't have to wear makeup..

I also only wash in the shower. sometimes. I'm sensory and the water on my face bothers me . my skin looks just fine bh

I shower but I never wash just my face.
I would like to but it’s a pain enough to get myself to brush my teeth at night (I do that though!).
