The ceiling of my oven does not have the enamel coating that the bottom and sides do. It has a metal range deflector that is below the flame/burner that is used when choosing the broil function. Mine has discolorations (perhaps from grease that sprayed there) and I was wondering if anyone has had this problem and what they used to remove them other than using the self clean cycle - the rest of my oven is clean so I am trying to avoid using it. Thanks.
