Does everyone clean bathroom walls? How dirty do they get?
I have 2 teenage DDs and a meticulous/finicky DH. My bathrooms are also spacious. I don’t think I have ever cleaned the walls. Does my cleaning lady or is it just not a necessity if you don’t have little boys?

We're a girl family and I most definitely clean bathroom walls from time to time. (I'm not thrilled with my current cleaning lady, and I don't find she does this enough).
Often I just wipe down the tiles (I like using method wipes, but you could use a wet shmatta, or other type of wipe). In the shower itself, she does use a brush and soap to clean. I have pull-down shower heads in all my showers which really helps the cleaning process, because you can use them to spray down soapy shower walls.

I clean the tiled portion of the walls (bottom half) with scrubbing bubbles foaming cleanser
The top half of the wall is paint/plaster and I don't clean that. I don't know how and I'm sensory with touching the rough surface

I don't have a cleaning lady. The walls inside of the shower get scrubbed well each week.
The bathroom tiled walls get cleaned every couple of weeks. I don't do it each week, but the dust does build up eventually. I do try to also wipe down the painted part on top of the tiled part. Just for the dust really. It doesn't get grimy or anything like that. If you skip a few weeks, I doubt it would be noticeable.
