Does anybody have any suggestions for what to prepare for shalosh seudos on erev Tisha B'Av? Should I make fleishigs or milchigs. I need something filling, tasty, and nothing that will make you thirsty.
Thanks.

I'm going to make some kind of thick soup in a crock pot. Not sure yet, parve or meat.

I can't decide b/w milchigs and flieshigs
for milchig it would be:
cheese kugel
salmon and salad
for flieshig it would be:
turkey wraps
potato salad
lukshen kugel

I don't get why anyone would serve milchigs unless you're vegetarian. Aren't you just totally sick of milchigs after eating it all week??? I can't look at another pizza or pasta, cheese and tomato-iy kind of thing!
