My husband bh is happy about it! My mother and MIL wears shaitels with hats. As well as all my sisters and SIL

Can you clarify the different things I see?
I see people wearing a tied tichel like thing with a brown material in front, maybe meant to look like hair? And I see people wearing that same tichel thing with big bangs in front (like just the bangs of a sheitel) and I see people wearing the tichel with nothing in front.
Is that tichel called a shpitzel? Or the whole things together with the bangs/material?
What's the difference in the types of fronts?
