Someone once told me about a recipe she insisted was so easy. I know it had chicken cutlets in it. All the recipes I searched seem complicated. Does anyone have an easy recipe that tastes great for cream of chicken soup?

I do the following, pretty simple, and delicious!
Saute onions and peeled squash, then add water, chicken bottoms, some garlic cloves and salt. If you want it a bit creamier, add potato. Cook for a while. Once cooking is done, remove the chicken, blend the soup, take the chicken off the bones test it up into small pieces and return to pot. The chicken will mostly tear on it's own since it's real soft from cooking.

If you dont want to deal with fresh garlic, garlic powder works well too.
