I was tired last night, so I decided to just put away my groceries that were perishable, & deal with the rest in the morning. Apparently though, in my overtired haze I neglected to put away the turkey pastrami.
I know this is a weird question, but do you think it could possibly still be good? It was in a little hallway-foyer type area which doesn't really have heat... & it still smells ok. Can we still eat it or should it go straight to the garbage?
Please help, I have to decide quickly whether or not we need to go out and get more.

You're probably safe. Meat that has been smoked stays good for long time. That's why meat/poultry was smoked before the age of refrigeration.
