I have a lot of breaded chicken cutlets left over, you know the type that's breaded with cornflake/bread crumbs. I want to use them for supper tonight (there's enough for main course) but I want to freshen it up a bit and give it a new flavor. Does anyone have a good sauce or something like that to make and rewarm with?

I like to cut them into strips and add them to a stir-fry or cut them into strips, sautee some onions and put them into a wrap.
You can always put duck sauce over them.
