Any advices or maybe strange tips, how to stop the the kitchen from smelling when I cook or fry fish?

Open a window. Your kitchen is bound to smell from anything you cook.

Cinnamon sticks boiled in water will also do the trick.

This works for me. I saw it on "Clean My Space": Put a bowl of white vinegar on the counter near where you're cooking the fish. I broil fish every Friday and I feel like it works : )
