I made the easiest chocolate mousse last week.
Whip up 2 rich's whips- set aside.
In a saucepan combine a bag of mini marshmellows, a bag of chocolate chips, 1/2 stick of margorine (I use used a big spoonfull of smart beat) and 1/4 cup boiling water. Place over low heat and stir untill everything is melted together and smooth.
Then fold the cooling chocolate mixture in with the rich's whip. Place in bowl and refridgerate for at least an hour before you serve.

Wow, Oreos and four sticks of margarine? Does that recipe come with an accompanying angeoplasty?
How about brownies instead? Less margarine, and can possibly be done with oil.

Yes it goes in the fridge. I actually froze the leftovers from shabbas and before I ate it I let it defrost a little bit and it was just as good.

u made up the recipe? COOL! im just wondering if u use the large whips or the smalls. 16 oz or 8 oz. because it was delicious but a bit too rich. maybe ill use more whips to even it out. (or less chocolate) but dont get me wrong. it was REALLY GOOD. I had company and everyone liked it.
