Ever since my mom became too sick to do it herself, I didn't have good hulopches... unfortunately we didn't write down her tried and true recipe. (She used to prepare in the summer from about 4-5 cabbages, so we would have for Simches Torah and Purim when we would have lots of guests) some years we got from an aunt 2 Pcs for the minhag, other year I bought in the deli takeout. Maybe this year I want to try again, but will not have time before yom tov. Should I do it chol hamoad? If yes I need a tried and true recipe!!
