Does anyone have a recipe for a nice fish other than salmon? I'm making sweet n sour salmon but I need another fish for the meal. Ex. halibut or something like that - I would love seabass but it's a small fortune.

Tilapia is good too, I dont have a recipe that can be made prior to yom tov but Im sure their are plenty out there.

Fine - I'll take a good tilapia recipe - anything other than salmon. Even a crumb encrusted______________ (fill in the fish).

fried tilapia:
mix an egg, some water, and flour to make bater. Salt, pepper to taste (can add other spices). Dip in tilapia fillets and fry until golden. Tastes delicious hot or room temperature, can be made couple of days in advance, kids love it.

ANYONE who has any kind of fish recipe other than salmon please post.

what about fried flounder ... or even a flounder box ... just oven baked ... there are probably a variety of recipes ... mayo with ketchup and spices... cooking sherry with rosemary and spices
