I've seen Broccoli slaw around recently in the grocery, but I'm not sure how to use it. Any ideas/recipes will be appreciated.

Dress it similar to cole slaw but use oil instead of mayo and omit water.
Garnish with toasted ramen noodles and slivered almonds and sliced scallions.

I don't like broccoli slaw raw. I prefer to cook it.
Sautee some chopped garlic in a bit of vegetable oil or cooking spray for a minute or two. Add sliced mushrooms, allow to cook for 2-3 minutes. Add a bag of broccoli slaw and sprinkle with salt. Cook on low-medium flame, stirring occasionally, for about 4-5 minutes or until it's slightly wilted. Serve at room temperature. (I also like it cold but I'm not sure if most people would).
It makes a quick and easy parve side dish.

How far in advance can you do this?

This sounds so good. Where do I find broccoli slaw? (I don't think I've ever seen it)

I use a peanut marinade with white vinegar and brown sugar. I add craisins and toasted slivered almonds. I skip the sunflower seeds the recipe calls for. Yum!
