How to thicken sauce without cooking?

I'm baking salmon terryaki but the sauce is very runny. I added corn starch, but it's not thickening without cooking it. Any ideas?

It makes sense, but it will change the flavor.

honestly, sometimes it's best to just use runny sauce. and if you added cornstarch already, you probably want to cook it anyway. it may taste gritty otherwise.
