Does anybody have the recipes from the bitayavon from last year issue. Edpecially the salad with avocado dressing!
Also therre was this great pinapple puree and some sorbet. Would love it if anybody could post the reciped

Oh yay!! Thanks a million. If anyone has that salad with carmelized nuts and avocadeo dressing I would be in heaven!!

I don't have their avocado dressing recipe, but here's one that's phenomenal.
Avocado Dressing
1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup water
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, peeled
salt and pepper, to taste
Blend all ingredients until smooth.

That sounds delish! Its just we don't use garlic or mayo. That recipe followed the super strict standard
