Cute, but I'm confused. So he's saying, "Mommy, he's brothering me"? What does that mean?

Hahaha, when I saw the thread title I knew it would be someone from a Spanish speaking country and I thought of you right away!
When we were in Argentina the hotels had signs for the door saying "Por favor no molestar" and we kept saying, don't forget to hang the sign so the maid doesn't molest us!
