Curried “Shrimp” and rice

Oil

Chopped onion

2 cut up carrots

Salt and pepper

2 cloves garlic

2 tsp curry powder

Cup rice or use leftover

Pkge fake shrimp, defrosted

Cup peas

Half a cup cilantro leaves



Heat oil and cook your vegetables, salt, pepper, garlic, and curry. Add the rice and 2 1/2 cups water and let simmer about 15 minutes. Add the shrimp and cilantro. Serve.
