The Apple Fennel Salad
from Bonappetit

1/3 apple
lettuce
fennel
vinaigrette (5 T apple cide and 1 T oil)

Thinly slice any apple and add to it half of a sliced fennel bulb. Add 4 cups of any kind of lettuce, the dressing, and serve.
