my son was looking at and reading a lands end magazine that came in the mail. he was going thru the sweaters and he came accross a sweater that came in many colors. read, khaki, blue, black etc.
he looks up at me and says:"mommy this magazine belongs only in the bathroom- right? " I said why? he points to the khaki sweater and says "because it says kaki- and thats a bathroom word!"
after I finished laughing I explained to him that we pronounce it differntly- and having the H there makes the diffrence.
so cute!!!
