I'm thinking about sending rosh hashana e-cards to my non-frum sisters and sisters-in-law.

on the one hand, if I send something from aish.com or torah.org, it'a a great kiruv opportunity. on the other hand, I don't usually do stuff like this, so it will probably be a little obvious.

should I do it?

I think it would be nice you did not have to have that in mind, you just say this year your being organized & efficent & doing it online.

How about sending it so it looks like you're sending it out to a bunch of people- like all your family and friends. That way they don't know that they are being kiruv targets- you're just sending it to everyone.
