Do I need a separate pot to cook fish?
My MIL says the smell of fish never comes out - ever heard of that?

I suppose if you don't mix fish with meat or milk, you do, but otherwise, no. I have a separate one and I never noticed a smell, so for that reason, I don't see why that's necesary, just clean it well.
