Hi,
I thought we would have fried fish for supper but it didn't thaw in time. Can I bread it tonight and fry it tomorrow? Or is it better to fry it tonight and reheat tomorrow. Also how does fried fish freeze, or alternatively fish baked in a sauce (saw lots of recipes on this forum) how does it freeze?
