I'm not completely tongue tied, but see that other teachers seem to have more of a knack for being clear and understood by the children, I find myself stumbling over my words if I don't prepare adequately, which I expect to need to do when giving over a lesson, however, it's the spontaneous kind of things that happen in the classroom that I'm referring to for the most part, having a quick and clear response, comment.
I'm actually on the lookout for a new job now, although I'm still working at my current one, and find myself intimidated by the prospect of being interviewed. I make a great impression on paper, when I email, I get responses, yet, the moment the people call me back, I feel so hesitant, and know that the initial impression is being replaced by a weaker one, I am really tongue-tied!
Are there remedies aka courses available for something like this?

There are evening classes at some public schools (the classes are for adults) and colleges for public speaking but a good expereinced public speaking teacher or English teacher could work with you privately also. Interview skills can be learned through preparatioj and practice.
