Anyone have a recipe that I can use for pollock for Shabbos? Not something breaded.

I used frozen pollock to make Moroccan fish last Shabbos. I don't eat fish, but everyone else thought it was delicious

I take a jar of salsa and pour over the fish. Bake covered at 350 for 30 min. I also do this with tilapia.its so easy and delish.
