I've made this recipe before, and it is delicious!! Personally, though, I don't like putting the chocolate chips in - the contrast between the soft mousse and the rock-hard, frozen chocolate chips just doesn't work for me. Maybe next time I'll melt the chocolate and swirl it into the mousse...
Ok, I know what I'm making for shabbos dessert now!

Made these yesterday, yummm. Tasted it before they were frozen.
I hear ya about no choc chips, maybe next time.
It came out a strange amount, too much for 1 pie crust but not enough for 2, so I made some cupcakes out of it for the kids and stuck them in the freezer, we will see how they go over, I am sure they will make a huge mess

I made it yesterday, and I also had extra - enough to fill one pie crust and 2 cups (for my midnight snack, lol). I melted the chocolate chips before adding them to the mixture, hopefully it came out good!

You can use mini chips if you're afraid of a big crunch.

Can someone please clarify the quantity of how much this makes? One poster said it makes more than 1 but not enough for 2 graham crusts?

Yup. Like I mentioned above, when I made it I had enough to fill 1 graham cracker crust and 2 plastic cups. If you have mini pastry shells you can probably fill several with the remaining mousse.

Made this for Shabbos Nachamu dessert. Yuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuummmmmmmmmmmmmm! Soooooooooo rich!
Used the tiny mini chocolate chips, and everyone loved the texture they added, not too hard like bigger frozen chips would be.
Had too much for the pie crust (as pps did) - ate the leftovers right out of the mixing bowl!
I would, however, use a little less sugar next time I make it - I served it to 7 people and most of them felt it was a little too sweet.
Thanks, chocolate moose!
