Do you mean dry milk powder?

Why would you think that's white chocolate?

You mean a drink mix that's white chocolate "flavored"?
That's very different. It's not white chocolate powder.
Make your own white hot chocolate mix.

Try pepper mill or any of the restaurants that sell white hot chocolate… there is a new restaurant in Lakewood that sells the drink but I can’t think of the name. It’s next to ups in the stop n shop plaza.

OT but you should know that white chocolate is not real chocolate and lacks the antioxidant health benefits of dark chocolate. White chocolate is nothing more than sweetened cocoa fat. The health benefits are all in the cocoa solids, which is what we know as pure cocoa powder. Mix cocoa powder with hot skim milk for a tasty, healthy and utterly guilt-free treat. Add a bit of sweetener if you must. I got used to it plain. Use an immersion blender or whisk to get it to mix well, as cocoa powder resists getting wet and takes some doing to mix.
