My friend who bakes and sells authentic sourdough as a business laughed and said that bingo’s sourdough is just bread with sourdough flavor. I tasted hers and was like ohhhh so this is sourdough. Tasted different and my sensitive stomach felt a huge difference as far as digestion goes.
Since my friend is not local to me , she suggested I purchase my authentic sourdough from cookie corner and I haven’t looked back. |
What makes her think that the Cookie Corner's sourdough is authentic? I couldn't be sure. When I had Crave, now that was authentic.
