Sounds right, they added a couple hundred dollars a few years later when they put in central AC

2012 Far Rockaway $1100 including all utilities for a one bedroom basement (got married a week before Hurricane Sandy so the prices and availability fluctuated around that time but BH our apartment was not flooded as many of our friends were).
