Can you get a girl to come some afternoons as chessed hours? This way you can be with your children and have her do things in the kitchen/laundry…

Can you get craft kits that are age appropriate to do with your child after school, it might keep things calmer and if it really catches their attention you may get a few mins to do something,
If not I will also say screen time.
Depending on their age, my kids enjoy kids exercise from YouTube. I feel less guilty putting that on then straight out sitting and watching. This is what I put on for my kids.
