That's a tree stump, not a third tire. And yes, it's very likely Kate is on some kind of medication (steroids?) that make her face blown up.

They could have been out together and her mom was driving. Especially if she had surgery. That’s not such a big deal.

You mean as opposed to a chauffeur?
After what was clearly major surgery with an extended recovery period, she probably isn't in great shape. If you can't support the weight/force of the car when doing an emergency stop, you are not allowed to drive. Same way you're not supposed to drive for about six weeks after a cesarean. Getting out of the house is progress, driving can come later.
My mother couldn't drive for at least a couple of months after an (open) hysterectomy.

The media is notorious for reporting "facts" that simply aren't so. How in the world can they know for sure that was Kate without having been told, especially in view of the fact that the person sitting there looks very different than Kate.

Why do you all care?
I live in England and we aren't interested in what a mum of young kids might or might not be able to do after major surgery?
I'm way too busy managing my own life, doing what I can to support people in my own kehilla and in Israel, families who have come here from the South and others whose husbands are fighting in Gaza.
Maybe you should be seeing who is recovering from an illness near you and offer some help?
And it is totally normal not to be allowed to drive after abdominal surgery- I wasn't allowed for 6 or 8 weeks after CS, and cars here are mostly manual so harder to drive physically.

No she doesn't look different, nor photoshopped. Us Brits are more than happy to leave the Wales family to get on with their lives. You may one day find out the details of her surgery, but then what?! Who cares.

Like I said, I’m playing conspiracy theorist. Her face does look much rounder. It was extremely thin before. IMO she looks much better now.

I think she looks great!!
I would never be able to tell if its photoshopped but I doubt it is.
No one knows whats gone in to taking a single picture, I genuinely hope she is ok.
On another note, anyone watching Big Brother with her uncle on it...?

That pic gives the impression that she’s sitting in a wheelchair. The way it’s cropped, the way the kids, especially the one behind, is kind of standing on something.
