Got this recipe from QueenBee and wanted to share....
slice onions on bottom of pan.
then put skinned chicken and sprinkle with garlic and paprika.
then drizzle with oil and smush around the spices with the oil.
then take a sleeve of snacker crackers and put into a bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
sprinkle the crushed crackers on the chicken.
cover and back at 350 for 45 minutes.
then uncover and drizzle with honey and bake uncovered for another 45 minutes.
(If you don't care for sweet chix- skip the honey)
Let me know if you make it!

Made this for Shabbos and it was delicious! Served the leftovers at room temp. for Shabbos lunch and it was great, too!! I'm adding it to my list of quick and easy chicken recipes for Shabbos....

snack crackers= round crackers given very often to kids....
Not sure if they have them in Israel, but maybe an Israeli can answer better.

I would think this should work with cutlets as well.

Just make sure to reduce the baking time if you use cutlets.
