. I bought a can of lychees. they ar not bad- kinda interesting tasting- not my favorite. but I have a can- anyone have any ideas for them? what can I throw them into. I assume dessert but who knows. maybe poultry or fish. I'm new to the lychee world.

I would make a fruit salad and put the lychees in. To me they taste like wine! I usually buy the fresh, but this sounds much easier to cut up and give an exotic twist to a salad

Canned lychees sounds like such a waste - the fresh are delicious.
Sorry no ideas, but you can always put them in fruit salad.

The fresh ones are soooo yummmm!!!
Maybe serve them with icecream, whipped cream and some other canned fruits, e.g. berry mix.
