So a little bit late but this is what we had:
DH baked challah for the first time in a while (he was all excited over the new Kenwood mixer he got himslef ummm us), so we had that
sweat and sour meatballs and salatim
chicken soup (actually turkey soup, but whatever)
a chicken stir fry with veg.
couscous
roasted potatos and sweat potatos with garlic and olive oil
for dessert we had store bought but ever so good choc. coated strawberry tofu ice cream bars (Reo brand for all you Israelis looking for good pareve ice cream).

Low fat oreo cake - new recipe from Spark people

can you post the homemade tortilla chip recipe? I make guacamole a lot but don't love the very salty store bought chips.

Take corn or wheat tortillias, cut into eighths. Lightly brush with olive oil on both sides and sprinkle with salt and any seasonings desired. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes, flipping them over after 5.
