I want to make a dessert that starts off w/ a fudge or brownie base, and is layered on top with ice cream, frosting, cream, or anything good and pretty looking. I haven't found any such recipe in any of my cookbooks and was hoping someone around here good help me out. I'm not particular, anything delicious will do . Preferably parve, but dairy will also do.
Thanks so much!

- There was a recipe in the Hamodia a few weeks a ago for runny chocolate cake cup cakes that you serve hot with a scoop of ice cream on top. Just drizzle with chocolate and it looks so pretty.
- Someone once posted a recipe to make choc brownies (maybe dunkin hines). Layer on top a lot of vanilla choc fudge swirl ice cream and to serve as squares.

I make 'polar pizza' with a thin layer of brownie then whipped topping with vanilla pudding added then I drizzle chocolate syrup over it and sometimes add sprinkles.
Then I cut it into squares and freeze it.
