do it yourself ... as easy as a kids arts n craft project ...
go to home depot get a scrap piece of wood - you can use a sheet of sandpaper to smooth it or groove it (stain if you like) ... you can possibly even "burn" the edges of the picture - or just leave it ... glue to the wood ... and use clear varathanye (polyurethane) coating ... voila !!!

mpix has an option to click for color correction. they really make your picture look the best possible.
