Anyone planning on making a turkey -- watch out for the recipe in one of Susie Fishbein cookbooks entitled Balsamic Onion Turkey or something like that--- the cooking times are way off-- way too much time and too high a templ and my turkey for Shabbos (I work tomorrow so did it today, Thank G-d for refrigeration) is all dry-- waaah.

Of course covered, but at 400 for two hours then (supposed to -- I clued in by then and didn't) uncovered for 11/2 hours-- after the two hours my turkey was dead-- I'm soooo sad.

hmm I always get a perfect turkey w/ a dome roasting pan. Mine comes out dry if I just cover w/ foil.
