Is there any way to keep fried schnitzel made on Friday to stay fresh tasting for Friday night?
If you warm it up covered it gets soggy. I haven’t tried warming it uncovered but I imagine it would get dried out.
The meal would be about 3 hours after Shabbos starts, so the latest I can make it is like 4 hours before serving. Thanks in advance!

Warm it uncovered in the oven after spraying oil on it.
