my thanx to my good friend hendy who passed this recipe to me . these are the ingredients: thinly slices chicken cutlets, a medium onion, 1 tbsp. oil, 3/4-1 cup bbq sauce.
directions: cut up an onion (either cube or half-moons). in a skillet, spread out the onions and add the tbsp. oil. you can let it cook a few minutes, or right away add on the chicken. they should be very thinly sliced and you can cut them into about double the size you would make for chicken nuggets. let it cook on each side for ten minutes (or until completely white), add the bbq sauce and let cook another 15-20 minutes. voila!!
optional: serve over a bed of rice.
