Also a baby looking sad at the end of the day does not indicate they were that way the whole day. The end of the day can be a bit hectic for a babysitter trying to pack everyone up and get last minute things done for the babies.
Make sure to give your baby lots of love when you are with them!
I am sure they will be just fine and we'll cared for!
You can speak to the babysitter and just check in on how your baby is during the day. Also, does the babysitter send some pictures during the day? You can request them to.
Sending hugs.It is so so hard to leave a baby! |
Thank you! I feel a little better
Would you prop a bottle for a younger baby too, like 3 or 4 months? I’ve seen that too that’s why I’m thinking she doesn’t hold them at all and that’s just how all of them have their bottles

I will have to count dollars. Literally.
Now we don’t have that much more but at least I don’t have to penny pinch like crazy |
You have to prioritize what's more important to you. Living without extras, or going to work. For me, Living without extras was the better choice.
Would you qualify for government assistance if you quit your job?

It really depends on the baby, but not generally.
Proping bottles also doesn't mean that she doesn't hold them.
Does she seem warm and loving to your baby?
Can you drop in during the day at all? See how things are going?

How did you cover the bills financially for the past 7 months? I seems like you're not yet ready to go back to work.

Out extras aren’t extras
It’s random things like formula diaper wipes. Costco orders for toilet paper and paper towels. Toothpaste, deoderant, shampoo that don’t happen every month.
Not extras like going out to eat or new shoes

6 babies with one babysitter is A LOT! I know everyone does it, some with even more babies, but I’m telling you that ratio is not ok. One person cannot give that many babies adequate care for all those hours. Can you imagine watching 6 babies by yourself? I don’t care that some are older. Throw tomatoes everyone

Long story but my husband somehow made some money on the side that was very risky and isn’t doing it again. So we’d go into debt now if I don’t bring in the little that I am and I’m not even working full time, just a few hours a day

Can you find a group with a little bit less babies? Even 5 to 6 makes a difference.

I know. You’re right. But this was the smallest group that I found who has room, and when I initially confirmed I misunderstood and thought my baby would be the 5th instead of 6th
