What kind of wigs are these? Similar in quality to Irene or lower quality?

If I am a large cap size is it worth going or waste of time bec sizes aren’t labeled?

following. In monsey and I'm so tempted by the price tag. but is it actually worth it for an introverted out of towner who's 100% going to be overwhelmed?

The wig outlet advises you to go with a friend so I definitely would recommend that.

They’re similar Quality to Irene and all other processed brands.
They don’t have sizes on them so you need to try on each piece- Make sure it fits! Don’t buy it if it needs alterations to make it bigger or smaller or if it needs a big hairline filled in because after all repairs (and cut or color) it’s not worth it anymore

I second this. I got a wig there thinking I could alter it to make it flatter on my head if need be. I couldn’t unfortunately…

I’m an introverted oot’er. I went to a daytime sale figuring it would be quieter. It was amazing - I spent 2 hours trying on wigs asking strangers for opinions as needed. No pressure from any staff whatsoever. Ended up with a gorgeous piece I am thrilled with (my first lace top, with basic hairline from a top stylist it was $1350 all in) . But I was not desperate to buy and was fully prepared to walk out empty handed.

I agree that you should only get something with color you like as-is, good texture, and a good fitting cap. Otherwise it’s risky.

From my understanding, the wigs are overstock or things like that from regular brands out there. So besides being the quality of Irene’s and the like, they probably are those brands. (In my experience, I tried on a wig that I’m so sure I tried on by a sheitelmacher!)

Also OOT introvert here and I went by myself. I just spoke to strangers! Shocking but it was totally fine Smile

And if you are a large cap, I found they just didn’t have so many larger wigs. But you just have to have the patience to keep trying them on because they don’t have the tags anymore.
