I saw on a different post about travel food that Ben gurion allows liquids through security when travelling out of israel?
Anyone exit israel recently and can confirm?

Yes but if you have a stop over keep in mind they might confiscate your stuff

Ben gurion does but if you are traveling to the USA they check your carry on again before boarding and remove any liquids even if they were bought in the airport

They never rechecked my carry on … we put water in there to drink on the plane and they didn’t ask us and we didn’t tell them

Wow, that sucks. We are luckily not going to the states. So bottled water is ok?

Some restrictions are a function of the place to which you are traveling. On flights to the US, they ask about liquids, but on my last flight they did not really inspect, they just asked. For the other flight that was boarding at the same time, they were opening bags and actually looking.
