My son’s high school has after the rest of my kids, who all go back the 27th.

Yes many of the yeshivish schools in flatbush have off then. But the schools don"t officially call it "yeshiva week"

Interestingly where I live it's the more modern schools who have vacation earlier, I think. What you seem to be calling "yeshiva week."

Yeah all yeshivish schools are basically on that schedule. Yeshiva week is only mo schools.

Ye. That’s what I was trying to figure out. I keep hearing yeshiva week but then many by type schools have off the end of Jan beginning of feb and was wondering! K so what am I doing with my kids that won’t be packed??? I don’t mind overnight somewhere

OOC is there a reason yeshivish schools choose a different week than MO schools?

They are on a totally different schedule in general. Pretty sure yeshivish schools always has end of Jan early Feb. Also it’s not a week it’s different combinations of Thursday- Tuesday some all the days and some less. Yeshiva week is a newer invention.
