Can anyone please suggest a short, black winter coat for teenaged DD? Links would be really helpful.
Under $150 (or even better if under $100).
As an aside, aren't people freezing in waist-length coats when it's 35 degrees outside? I will never understand why fashion trends (often) have to be so impractical. Sigh.

Most of the frum stores are having deep winter coat sales now. I got a $185 coat for $99 on Whoopie’s website. Young Timers also has coats on sale.

Thanks! Any suggestions/links for specific coats that would be good for a teenager (she wants short length)? Shopping is not my strong point.
